Toxins in Cigarettes

There are 4000 elements in, 200 of them declared a health hazard. Tar, nicotine, and carbon monoxide are the main poison harmful to health.

  • Tar is the substance of hydrocarbons that are sticky and stick to the lungs.
  • Nicotine is the addictive substance that affects the nerves and blood circulation. This substance is a carcinogen, and can trigger lung cancer is deadly.
  • Carbon monoxide is a substance that binds hemoglobin in the blood, making blood can not bind oxygen.
Toxic effects

The toxic effects of cigarette smoke makes suckers experienced risk (compared to not smoking cigarette smoke):

  • 14x suffering from lung cancer, mouth, and throat
  • 4x suffering from esophageal cancer
  • 2x bladder cancer
  • 2x heart attacks

Cigarettes also increase the risk of fatality for patients with pneumonia and heart failure, and high blood pressure.

Safe Limit

Using a cigarette with low nicotine levels will not help, because to follow the need for addictive substances that, smokers tend to suck the smoke is even harder, deeper, and longer.
